Pre-Renovation Abatement

Property Description: 6,557s.f. 1.5 story bank building with 2 vaults and 2 ATM kiosks.

Environmental Issues Identified: Asbestos containing roof penetration mastic, floor tile/mastic, wallboard, and ceiling tiles.

Services Provided: Ellis performed a pre-renovation survey to identify asbestos- and lead-containing building materials and surfaces.  Following the inspection, Ellis procured bids for abatement of identified hazardous materials.  Ellis was also onsite during abatement to conduct air monitoring and inspections, and provided a clearance notice for the building upon completion.
