To date, Ellis has provided IAQ and hazmat testing and inspection services at the UCLA Life Sciences building, Campus Health Services, Medical Plaza Building, Murphy Hall, Young Research Library, Franz Hall, and Schoenberg Hall. In August 2011, Ellis was awarded monitoring/inspection contracts for Dykstra Hall and the Guest House complex.
