Demolition Management: Over the years, we've found many clients have a real need for assistance, not just during pre-demolition abatement, but in demolition of remaining structures. Ellis is able to provide and administer a demolition project that includes removal of hazardous materials in its scope. Combined demolition, abatement and re-grading projects have been performed successfully for the City of Torrance, Santa Monica College, and Loyola Marymount University.

 

Soil Gas: Ellis provides on-site monitoring for soil gas and VOCs during excavation of tanks and during re-grading of soils at demolition sites.

 

Waste Categorization: Ellis works with licensed waste haulers to sort, classify and dispose of potentially hazardous waste found on demolition/redevelopment properties.
