Mount St. Mary's College is another major university/college that continues to retain Ellis for its environmental testing/consulting needs. Recently, Ellis administered the removal of asbestos pipe insulation prior to re-plumbing a five-story student residence. This included coordinating the abatement contractor's schedule with that of other trades working nearby.
