Jim Potts is an industrial hygienist for many major asbestos and abatement projects performed by Ellis. Jim has assisted in performing Phase I site assessments, industrial hygiene projects, and indoor air quality investigations. Since joining Ellis in March of 2006, he has proven adept at working with clients and contractors to insure that each project is performed efficiently and within budgeted time and cost restraints. Completed projects include monitoring for the pre-demolition asbestos abatement of the Old Pacific Trade Center in San Pedro, CA. He also assisted in providing environmental services during demolition/abatement of the remaining structures of the old Marineland site in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
