James Spady is an Industrial hygienist for many major abatement projects performed by Ellis. He also assists in many industrial hygiene and indoor air quality investigations as well as building surveys. Since joining Ellis in mid 2004, James has proven adept at working with clients and contractors to insure that each project is performed efficiently and within budgeted time and cost restraints. Major completed projects include the monitoring and air quality testing for the pre-demo abatement of Disney’s Grand Central Business Center in Glendale, multiple projects throughout the One Wilshire building in down town LA, and the pre-renovation abatement of the Ken Miller Building for the City of Torrance. James has also assisted with investigations in Phase I & II environmental site assessments.
