Soils Testing

Occasionally, Phase I research will indicate the need for additional testing of soils at a targeted site. Ellis' trained geologists test soils for petroleum contaminants (TPH), diesel, hydraulic oil, Perchloroethylene (dry cleaning fluid), metals (Title 22), asbestos, and lead. Where contaminants are found, Ellis teams with experienced, registered geologists to administer their removal in compliance with RWQCB and/or DTSC guidelines.
