Duane Behrens, President
Duane Behrens formed Ellis Env. Mgmt. in 1994.  He has 15 years' experience in the administration of construction and abatement contracts.  Prior to founding the company, Duane was employed as an inspector and construction manager for Versar, Inc.  His philosophy and his ultimate goal are simple: By combining his own construction management experience with the technical knowledge offered by degreed industrial hygienists Ellis will assist property managers and owners in completing their hazmat projects safely and efficiently. 

Lindsay Harvey, Sr. Project Manager
Lindsay Harvey is the industrial hygienist for many major asbestos/lead surveys and abatement projects performed by Ellis. She is experienced in preparing Preliminary Endangerment Assessments (PEAs) and Remedial Action Workplans (RAWs) on behalf of school districts where contaminated soils have been identified. 

James Spady, Sr. Project Manager
James comes to Ellis with a degree in environmental engineering from Washington State University. James provides technical support and oversight on abatement monitoring projects, indoor air quality investigations, and soils remediation studies. Additionally, he has assisted in performing numerous Phase I site assessments, industrial hygiene and indoor air quality investigations.

Ben Morgan, Air Monitoring Specialist

Ben Morgan, a CalPoly graduate with  Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering, is an Environmental Monitoring Specialist for many projects performed by Ellis. Ben works with clients and contractors to insure that each project is performed efficiently and within budgeted time and cost restraints.

 

Regina Kruglyak

Regina is a recent graduate of UCLA, specializing in environmental studies.  Already experienced in the administration and oversight of soil sampling projects, Regina will assist in field sampling activities for preliminary endangerment assessments (PEAs) and remedial action workplans (RAWs) performed on behalf of local school districts.

 

Jane Cornish, Office Manager
In addition to managing Ellis’ AP and AR efforts, Jane Cornish administers or reviews the preparation of all completed reports, invoices and correspondence.
