The Grand Central Business Center, located in Glendale, California comprises approximately 40 “tilt-up” concrete warehouse buildings that were later converted to office use. Ellis was contracted to perform annual inspections of each building's ventilation system.

By identifying potential problems (mold growth in condensate pans, missing filters, disconnected drain lines, etc.) Ellis assisted the property manager in maintaining the building and the comfort of over 7,000 employees.
