Duane formed Ellis Env. Mgmt. in 1994.  Duane has 15 years' experience in the administration of construction and abatement contracts.  Prior to founding the company, Duane was employed as an inspector and construction manager for Versar, Inc.  His philosophy and his ultimate goal are simple: By combining his own construction management experience with the technical knowledge offered by degreed industrial hygienists Ellis will assist property managers and owners in completing their hazmat projects safely and efficiently.

In addition to managing Ellis’ AP and AR efforts, Jane administers or reviews the preparation of all completed reports, invoices and correspondence.

Ben is a Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduate with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering. Ben oversees most of Ellis' projects in the field. Ben ensures that proper sampling methodology is implemented, and staffs all sampling and monitoring projects with employees based on their experience and areas of expertise. Ben prepares Phase I environmental site assessments, hazardous material surveys, and indoor air quality assessments. Ben brings his experience in water quality matters from prior jobs to Ellis, and heads water sampling projects and NPDES permit compliance.

Lucas is a graduate of Northeastern University, with a B.S. in Biology.  Lucas is an IH technician for asbestos, lead, mold, and other indoor air quality concerns.  Lucas previously held a position as a laboratory analyst for an accredited environmental analytical lab. His lab experience included mold analysis/identification, asbestos bulk sample identification by Polarized Light Microscopy, and the position of quality control manager. Utilizing his background in microbiology, Lucas assists in resolving indoor air quality concerns during mold investigations.

Camilla Westberg is a graduate from Cal. State Northridge with a B.S. in Environmental and Occupational Health and minor in Biology. She is the newest addition to Ellis having joined the company in April 2010. With experience in the occupational health and safety field, Camilla assists in indoor air quality investigations, mold and moisture inspections, as well as asbestos and lead surveys.
